encouraged&nbsp; employees to &#8220;think about how we can bring more joy to our customers while implementing new ideas, create even more excitement, take on challenges courageously, and pursue every employee to embody the values, words alone are not enough; action guidelines are necessary. We have also renewed the &#8220;Dos and don&#8217;ts&#8221; guidelines of each value. In response to the host&#8217;s question, &#8220;What changes do you expect with the new values?&#8221; Mr. Tanigo responded, &#8220;The new values will not only be in Japanese but also in English. Under one shared value, we want to create entertainment that is appreciated by fans from all over the world, no matter where they come from.<br>He also revealed that a U.S. branch office will be established.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the workshop began, employees chose between the three values, &#8220;Bold-spirited,&#8221; &#8220;United without boundaries,&#8221; and &#8220;Outcome driven,&#8221; and were divided into three teams. Overall, everyone was relaxed, and conversations were lively. Groups were formed twice with different people to exchange opinions, which allowed employees to interact with those they do not usually speak to.
