What has been the biggest change over the past three years?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-160\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>Enabling the talents\u2014in addition to holoplus users\u2014to post content on holoplus from September 2025 was a significant change. At launch, holoplus was a fan community where users could interact with each other. While preserving this feature, we\u2019ve brought the talents into the community. Once users download the app, many of them keep using it. Forms of holoKatsu vary from fan to fan, such as watching streams, collecting merchandise, and attending live performances, but holoplus is a commonality when it comes to all these activities. Since their voices are a big part of their appeal, this feature has also been well received by talents. While voice messages are limited to one minute or less, this limitation may make them more interesting. I believe this feature holds a lot of potential.<br><br>We would like to continue accommodating requests from both users and talents as much as possible moving forward. I believe a \u201cgood community\u201d is one where all these fan communities peacefully coexist and remains a comfortable space for every fan base, with no conflicts or excessive interactions between fans of different talents. Back then, I viewed VTubers as \u201centities energizing the gaming industry,\u201d and I analyzed why they were popular and what kind of people they were. As I watched talents\u2019 activities after joining COVER, I gained a renewed sense of respect for them. Each talent has a distinct personality, and even though they are all categorized as \u201cVTubers,\u201d their activities are wide-ranging. Because their worlds and activities are completely different from one another, staff members often need knowledge across various domains, so it&#8217;s a challenging yet extremely rewarding job.<\/p><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-arrow\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2500\u2500What kind of team members make up the holoplus Team now?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-160\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>The team consists of content and project planners, a product manager who oversees the entire product, engineers, and designers.<\/p><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-arrow\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2500\u2500As a manager, is there anything you keep in mind when leading the team?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-160\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>I always make sure that no single team member shoulders everything alone. Since our talents\u2019 activities differ from one another, there&#8217;s a limit to what one staff member can handle alone. Is there anything you are mindful of when planning a new feature?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-160\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>What I always keep in mind is that we want both our users and talents to have fun. As a specific example, holoplus allows users to tap \u201cLike\u201d on a post up to 100 times. You might think such a feature is meaningless because tapping it 100 times has the same effect as tapping it once. But the feature is designed for one to further express their love for a post as they manually tap \u201cLike\u201d 100 times.<br><br>There are also many kinds of animations that pop up when you press \u201cLike,\u201d and we even once replaced those animations with the talents\u2019 faces for a limited time. Is there any point in doing that? Maybe not. But it simply lifts users&#8217; moods, right? I believe that kind of playful spirit is important.<\/p><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-arrow\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2500\u2500Thank you very much.
